We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mathematics Faculty to join our academic team in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, specializing in IIT JEE Main preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mathematics, a proven track record of effective teaching, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students preparing for one of India’s most competitive examinations.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality classroom and/or online lectures for IIT JEE Main Mathematics, ensuring conceptual clarity and strong problem-solving skills among students.
• Design and develop structured lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and practice tests aligned with the latest IIT JEE Main syllabus and exam pattern.
• Teach core topics including Algebra, Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Trigonometry, and Vectors with a focus on application-based learning.
• Regularly assess student performance through tests, quizzes, and assignments, and provide actionable feedback to help improve results.
• Mentor and guide students individually, addressing doubts and helping them build effective exam strategies.
• Track student progress and adapt teaching methods to suit varying learning needs and academic levels.
• Stay updated with changing exam trends, question patterns, and competitive exam strategies.
• Collaborate with academic teams to improve curriculum quality and teaching methodologies.

Required Skills:

• Strong teaching skills with the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Excellent command over IIT JEE Main Mathematics syllabus and problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to create a positive and motivating learning environment.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for teaching (online platforms, whiteboards, etc.) is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience in coaching or teaching IIT JEE Main aspirants is highly preferred.

Experience:

• 2 to 10 years of relevant teaching experience in Mathematics, preferably in competitive exam coaching.
