Glenlyon Norfolk School (GNS) is an independent JK to Grade 12 International Baccalaureate and Round Square day and boarding school located on two campuses in Victoria, BC, Canada. At GNS, we provide an exceptional educational experience for students from age three to Grade 12, emphasizing robust academics, healthy social and emotional development, and inquiry-based, student-centred learning within a supportive community. Guided by the IB framework, we foster creativity, critical thinking, and a love of learning that prepares students for success in school and beyond.

What You’ll Bring
You will hold a valid BC teaching certificate and bring demonstrated experience teaching Math and Science at the middle and/or senior school level. IB training and MYP experience are preferred but not required. You will have a strong grounding in inquiry-based and project-based learning, a passion for innovation and creativity in education, and a reflective practice with a commitment to continuous professional growth. A demonstrated ability to differentiate instruction and a commitment to educating the whole student are essential.

Compensation is determined by education and experience but ranges from $69,823 - $113,008 (based on current year grids and subject to a 2026-27 increase).
