🎯 The Role:

We are strengthening our Supply Chain planning capabilities to support continued growth, production scalability, and international expansion, including the U.S. market. We are looking for a Materials Planner who can ensure the timely availability of raw materials and packaging supplies, balancing demand requirements with inventory policies and supplier performance. This role will play a key part in enabling reliable production execution, optimizing material inventories, and improving planning discipline across the supply chain.

🧩 Responsibilities:

• Analyze inventory levels, historical consumption, and sales forecasts to calculate material requirements.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and inputs to support weekly and monthly production plans.
• Develop and maintain material replenishment plans aligned with inventory policies and service level targets.
• Determine optimal purchasing quantities considering lead times, MOQ, safety stock, and demand variability.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and proactively manage delays or shortages.
• Monitor slow-moving, excess, or expiring materials and execute mitigation actions to reduce risk and cost.
• Generate daily and weekly inventory and materials planning reports, highlighting shortages, overstock, and key KPIs.
• Update supply plans based on production capacity changes, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs.
• Support cross-border supply planning activities for U.S. operations, ensuring material readiness and continuity.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to improve planning processes and execution.

Requirements:
💼Professional Experience & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in materials planning, demand analysis, or supply chain operations.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience working with ERP systems (MRP modules preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with strong organizational skills.

Plus points if:

• Experience in manufacturing environments with complex BOM structures and multi-SKU production.
• Familiarity with MRP logic, safety stock calculations, and service level planning.
• Experience supporting U.S. supply operations or cross-border material flows.
• Knowledge of inventory KPIs such as material availability, shortage rate, obsolescence, and turns.
• Exposure to supplier performance management and lead time optimization.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives in planning or inventory control.
• Proficiency in planning tools or reporting platforms (Power BI is a plus).
