• Ability to cross-train and meet CYCLE TIME in multiple areas. 

• Adhere to MBCI processes and procedures. 

• Adhere to MBCI Safety Policies. 

• Able to communicate clear direction to team members.  

• Assist with new Hires training per SOS’s. 

• Assist in Daily Process and Quality Audits  

• Assist in setting and driving the pace to push the Team to meet goals  

• Responsible for following safety processes and procedures. 

• Responsible for following quality standards and procedures. 

• Record and dispose of scrap 

• Other as assigned 

Requirements 

• Strong English communication skills – verbal, written & presentation; Listening  

• Schedule flexibility to support projects and training as needed. 
• Forklift experience  (Reach truck/ Seat Down Truck)
• Maintenance Experience preferred
• CNC experience perferred 

Physical Requirements: 

Lift, push, bend up to 50 lbs.
