Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Materials Designer to support the creation of training materials, sales collaterals, presentation decks, and marketing communication materials. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop visually engaging and brand-consistent materials that support business, operational, and commercial objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple design requests in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials, onboarding guides, sales decks, presentation templates, and marketing collaterals
• Create visually engaging materials aligned with EPOS branding guidelines
• Support internal and external communication initiatives through high-quality visual design
• Collaborate with business, marketing, product, and operations teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Ensure consistency in layout, typography, branding, and visual storytelling across all materials
• Prepare design files for digital usage and presentation purposes
• Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively while maintaining design quality
• Continuously improve design standards and user engagement across all materials

Requirements:
Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, presentation design, or marketing material development
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Strong layout, typography, and visual communication skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work under tight timelines
• Strong communication and project coordination skills
• Experience in fintech, technology, retail, or digital product industries is an advantage
