Position Purpose and Objectives
We are seeking a highly organized Material Stockroom Clerk to manage inventory, fulfill material requests for the production team, and report to the Master Scheduler.
Essential Job Functions
Receive and inspect incoming goods against packing slips/purchase orders to ensure accuracy
Maintain, organize and update inventory records in ERP system
Store materials in designated locations and maintain a clean, organized and safe stockroom
Pull and stage materials for production lines or shipment to customers
Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to identify discrepancies
Prepare documentation for shipping, receiving and inventory movement
Minimum Qualifications
Previous experience in a warehouse, stockroom or logistics role
MRP/ERP Experience
Syacc Experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Previous experience or sound knowledge of ERP systems, in particular the inventory management modules
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Highly detailed and organized
Inventory management skills required
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and time management skills
Computer literate, proficient in MS Office
Able to deal with a demanding and changing work environment
Strong written/verbal communication

Working Conditions & Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is subject to the conditions of a manufacturing environment most of the time. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
Physical demands associated with this position include standing for long periods, walking, lifting & carrying heavyweight materials (up to 50 lbs unassisted). Must be able to bend, twist, stoop, and climb to reach materials.
