The Heart of Your Mission
We are looking for a Junior Material Planning Specialist to join the Supply Chain team at our Gallarate (Varese) headquarters.
This is an operational role, with hands-on responsibilities in the daily management of materials and inbound logistics flows. At the same time, it offers long-term growth prospects within the Supply Chain function.

What You Will Be Responsible For
• Reordering (call-offs) of raw materials, packaging and third-party products
• Coordination with purchasing, production and quality departments
• Monitoring stock levels and managing inventory turnover
• Preparing monthly KPI reports and analyses
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes

What Will Help You Start Strong
• Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields
• Excellent command of both Italian and English – both languages will be tested during the selection process
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Solid analytical skills and problem-solving orientation
• Excellent knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar) is a plus
