Job Description
• Manage the daily inventory of company materials, including receiving, storage, distribution, and record keeping.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure consistency between physical inventory and system data.
• Organize and label warehouse materials to ensure proper storage and easy access.
• Monitor material usage and maintain proper check-in/check-out records to prevent loss or misuse.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies or shortages in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with relevant departments on material requests and assist with procurement planning when necessary.
• Ensure warehouse safety and maintain a clean and organized storage environment.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Associate degree or above preferred; majors in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields are a plus.
• Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or materials management preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Excel or inventory management systems.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
