Mestex is looking for a Crating & Shipping Technician to join our team!

🔧 What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in preparing our products for safe delivery to customers by:

Building and preparing crates to protect high-quality equipment

Reading drawings to understand dimensions and specifications

Inspecting shipments to ensure quality, accuracy, and presentation

Labeling and packaging products for safe transport (LTL & flatbed)

Operating tools, forklifts, and overhead cranes

Supporting shipping and material movement across the facility

💪 What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience in construction, carpentry, or similar work (2–5 years)

Strong measurement skills (you know your way around a tape measure!)

Attention to detail and pride in your work

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Experience with forklifts or cranes is a plus (we can train the right person!)
