About This Role
Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is seeking a hard-working Material Handler/Laborer to join our growing team. The Material Handler/Laborer will play a key role in supporting field operations by ensuring materials, tools, and job sites are organized, stocked, and running efficiently. The Material Handler will work closely with warehouse staff, project managers, and field crews to make sure the right materials are in the right place at the right time.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and takes pride in keeping projects moving smoothly.
NOTE: This is a rotating position – all Material Handlers/Laborers are hired with the end goal of enrolling with CITC and becoming an EL01 Electrical Apprentice.
What We Are Looking For
A reliable, self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials (up to 50+ lbs)
Basic knowledge of tools and construction/electrical materials (preferred but not required)
What You Will Do
Maintain cleanliness and organization of shop/warehouse spaces and job sites
Receive, track, and manage inventory of materials and supplies
Prep and stage materials for upcoming projects
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Deliver materials to job sites in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate with project teams to ensure material needs are met
Support field crews with general labor and site clean-up as needed
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

$19.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience
