Job Description

RESUMEN GENERAL:

Empaque y movimientos de materiales.  Despacho de los materiales que se utilizarán en las áreas de manufactura de acuerdo al “Schedule”.

TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES (DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES):

Mantener el sistema de Kanban con materiales en las áreas asignadas. Suplir los materiales requeridos para las áreas de Soluciones. Suplir con la vestimenta apropiada los “gownings”de las áreas de manufactura, incluyendo, redecillas, guantes, “shoe covers” y cubre barbas. Suplir con los uniformes apropiados los “lockers rooms” del área de soluciones. Al comienzo y durante del turno preparar los materiales de manufactura y empaque que se utilizaran durante su turno de manufactura. Verificar dentro del área los códigos que se están corriendo en las máquinas, para hacer el pedido de los materiales. Buscar solventes que se utilizan en el área de manufactura y preparar las mezclas de los solventes. Responsable de completar el manifiesto para el despacho de materiales. Preparar “move tickets” para movimiento de materiales. Preparar requisición al solicitar materiales necesarios en el “Stock Room”  Preparar documentos requeridos para los embarques.  Asegurarse de dejar materiales para el arranque del próximo turno. Asegurase de preparar los “gaylors” plásticos y/o cartón (el reciclaje) para empacar el producto de manufactura. Diariamente verifique en el sistema de PRMS los inventarios de los materiales, realizar los despachos y dar de baja los materiales en el sistema.  Localizar materiales en las áreas designadas. Completar los distintos formularios aplicables al área.   Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada cumpliendo con SOL 6S.   Realizar la limpieza y sanitización de los carros antes de entrarlos al cuarto limpio de   manufactura. Generar las etiquetas o “labels” que utilizará para el empaque de los distintos materiales, ya sean etiquetas QCF-50 o etiquetas electrónicas de POMs. Responsables de solicitar vagón para embarque de producto final. Descargar vagón y remover material en caso de ser necesario. Responsable de inspeccionar el vagón a ser cargado con producto final y documentar en la forma correspondiente. Responsable de cargar el vagón con producto final, sellar el vagón y documentar en la forma correspondiente. Identificar los materiales retenidos con sus respectivos documentos (copia del PRR) y asegurarse de moverlos a la jaula de cuarentena. Responsables de buscar, preparar y distribuir solventes que se utilizan en el área de manufactura. Responsable de reportar cualquier equipo defectuoso o situación de daños y riesgos en su área de trabajo.

Cumplir en todo momento con las reglas de la compañía, Buenas prácticas de Manufactura (GMP), Buenas prácticas de Documentación (GDP) y Regulaciones de EHS.

Reporta activamente peligros de salud y seguridad, aspectos ambientales, incidentes, riesgos y oportunidades en el sistema de gestión de EHS. Participa en el desarrollo, planificación, implementación, evaluación de desempeño y acciones para el continuo mejoramiento del Sistema de Gestión de EHS.

DEMANDA FISICA (PHYSICAL DEMANDS):

Trabajo Mediano: Ejerce de 20 lbs. hasta 50 lbs. de fuerza ocasionalmente, y/o de 10 lbs. hasta 25lbs de fuerza frecuentemente, y/o una cantidad insignificante mayor 10 lbs. de fuerza constantemente para levantar, cargar, empujar, halar y mover objetos.  Las demandas de los requerimientos físicos exceden los del Trabajo Liviano.

EDUCACIÓN Y/O EXPERIENCIA (EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE):

Graduado de Escuela Superior.   Un año de experiencia en posiciones relacionadas con empaque de material.

CUALIFICACIONES (QUALIFICATIONS):

Poseer licencia de conducir vigente. Poseer licencia de montacargas y pasar el examen de montacargas. Destrezas básicas de computadoras. Disponibilidad para trabajar fuera de horario regular. 

IDIOMA (LANGUAGE):

Buena comunicación, dominio del español y saber leer e interpretar ingles.
