Requirements:

• Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of this job.

• Competent in core-software programs: Microsoft Office Suite, must be proficient in Excel, Epicor preferred

• Must be able to multitask – prioritization of tasks

• Must be detailed orientated and able to work independently

• Previous production scheduling or purchasing experience preferred

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing with all levels the organization as well as external customers

• Previous Customer Service experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process orders directly from our facilities via purchase order or software service connect.

• Review Epicor Sales Orders for accuracy and schedule compliance for transfer into the Epics production software

• Perform order maintenance as needed - adds, deletes, or changes

• Generate the Daily Production Report

• Generate purchase orders for inter-company metal

• Provide back up as needed to other Production Control positions
