Material Data Specialist (Temporary position)

As part of the Mobility Aftermarket division, you will work on product marketing, quality management, trade marketing, purchasing, and engineering to drive business excellence while collaborating closely with international teams.

► Data administration and processing in various SAP systems

► Inspection and handling of supplier documentation for product materials (IMDS)

► Evaluation of material declaration data according to relevant regulations

► Creation of material declarations in the form of Material Data Sheets

► Execution of legal notifications for new product releases within the EU

► Process coordination in alignment with other units (e.g., Purchasing, Sales, etc.)

► High school or Bachelor’s degree in Technical (Material) Science, Economics, Business Sciences, or another suitable field

► Strong MS Office skills; experience working with SAP is an advantage

► Skills in data and documentation administration

► Experience with Material Data Sheets and related legislation is considered an advantage

► Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in multidisciplinary teams

► Proactive, well-organized, detail-oriented, and systematic professional attitude

► Excellent written and spoken English
