The Material Controller is for the material activities for site construction and installation related, on-time controlling / reporting, efficiency improvement and inventory management-oriented material planning to fulfill the task and target set by the project, implement material planning methods/process to improve data quality.
Responsibilities
• Perform site material receiving including organizing, material unloading, open box checking, warehousing, recording material receiving status, issuing material receiving certificate and discrepancy report (if any).
• Perform site material issuing and maintain record document in accordance with construction requirement.
• Perform regular material status checking weekly and monthly.
• Disposal surplus construction material and make material handover at the time of mechanical completion.
• Make site material control status report in accordance with project requirement.
• Bachelor or technical diploma degree in relevant disciplines.
• 5+ years’ experience in site material control for oil & gas, energy and infrastructure projects, be able to work under pressure to meet challenging objectives. Experience in international engineering company is preferred.
• Technical background is preferred.
• EHS knowhow quality Sense. Good communication and computer skills.
• Fluent speaking and writing in English.
