Material & Asset Expert

• Develop and maintain material and consumable usage standards across warehouse operations

• Oversee PDA devices, operational equipment, and related asset management processes
• Manage uniforms, operational tools, and company assets to ensure proper allocation and tracking
• Maintain accurate records of warehouse fixed assets and conduct regular audits
• Coordinate nationwide material transfers and inventory distribution between operational sites
• Collaborate closely with procurement and operations teams on purchasing and supply planning
• Monitor operational material costs and implement cost control initiatives
• Establish asset tracking procedures and improve inventory accountability processes
• Support warehouse setup, expansion, and equipment allocation projects
• Analyze material usage trends and recommend operational improvements to reduce waste and optimize efficiency

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3+ years of experience in asset management, warehouse operations, supply chain, or inventory management
• Strong understanding of warehouse operational processes and inventory control practices
• Experience managing operational equipment, fixed assets, and consumable supplies
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems
• Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English
