Per il sito di Campoverde, siamo alla ricerca di un Master Scheduler/ Sr. Master Scheduler, con le seguenti responsabilità:

1. Collaborare con le funzioni globali (Brand Team, Global Supply Planning e Logistica) per garantire la "Garanzia di fornitura" coordinando la fornitura all'ingrosso, la disponibilità degli ingredienti chiave e adattandosi a eventuali fluttuazioni della domanda all'interno del piano di produzione

2. Verificare l’accettabilità dell’ordine cliente.

3. Sviluppare un MPS mensile (Piano Principale di Produzione) assicurandone la fattibilità.

4. Definire un piano di schedulazione di dettaglio da condividere con i vari stakeholder. Garantire la puntuale e accurata creazione degli ordini di processo in SAP

5. Assicurare il corretto approvvigionamento degli ingredienti critici

6. Rivedere i parametri di pianificazione su SAP

7. Identificare prontamente eventuali criticità che possano impattare il piano di produzione e/o il piano di consegna degli ordini al cliente, elevando la problematica ai diversi livelli dell’organizzazione

8. Garantire supporto ai progetti di sito.

• Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale
• Precedente esperienza in Pianificazione Area Farmaceutica (2-3 anni)
• Utilizzo avanzato di software ERP, strumenti di pianificazione e analisi (SAP, Excel, ecc.)
• Conoscenza modulo MM - PP - PI di SAP
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese Scritta e Parlata

Considerato un plus:

• Certificazione APICS CPIM o equivalente
• Procedente esperienza in progetto interfunzionali come Project Mgr e/o Key User
• Precedente esperienza come supervisore/ coordinatore

Il ruolo richiede:

• Capacità analitiche: Abilità nel raccogliere, analizzare e interpretare dati per pianificare produzione, risorse e materiali.
• Leadership e capacità organizzative per coordinare team interfunzionali e guidare progetti di pianificazione.
• Capacità di Problem solving: Flessibilità e rapidità nell’affrontare imprevisti e gestire rischi (ritardi, shortage di materiali, ecc.).
• Gestione delle priorità: Capacità di lavorare su più progetti contemporaneamente e di stabilire le urgenze.
