ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and support Behavior Interventionists
Conduct and oversee Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Design, monitor, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Provide ongoing staff training, modeling, and support
Monitor data collection, treatment fidelity, and clinical quality
Conduct weekly case visits and caregiver training sessions
Complete progress reports and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in monthly clinical meetings and professional development activities
Ensure timely submission of billing, clinical notes, and other required materials
Address clinical concerns and conduct internal quality assurance checks
Maintain consistent communication with all members of the care team
QUALFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field
Enrollment in a BCBA program or actively accruing supervision hours (preferred)
Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred), but not required
Prior clinical experience in ABA
Experience using ABA data collection and program management platforms
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to pass a background check and provide TB clearance
Reliable transportation with valid insurance
