Position Overview

We are
seeking
an experienced and licensed
Master Electrician
to oversee electrical work, ensure code compliance, and support the operations of our team in London, Ontario. The successful candidate will provide technical
expertise, supervise installation and service work, and ensure all projects meet provincial standards and company expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and approve electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance

Ensure all electrical work
complies with
the Ontario Electrical Safety Code

Provide
technical guidance, supervision, and mentoring to electricians and apprentices

Review and approve electrical permits, inspections, and documentation

Troubleshoot electrical issues and support complex project work

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and contractors to support job planning and execution

Maintain
accurate
job records, reports, and compliance documentation

Participate in estimating, quoting, and planning electrical projects

Promote and enforce safety protocols and best practices

Support training, onboarding, and professional development of electrical staff

Required Qualifications

Valid
Master Electrician
License
(Ontario)

Red Seal
Electrical
Endorsement

Extensive experience in residential, commercial, or industrial electrical work

Strong understanding of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and ESA requirements

Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills

Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship abilities

Valid Ontario G Class Driver’s
Licence
with a clean driving record

Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents

Preferred Assets (Optional)

Project management and supervisory experience 

Experience with heat pumps, heat pump water heaters and boilers
