Master Data Manager (m/f/x) - REMOTE

Your tasks:
We are looking for a Master Data Manager (m/f/x), who loves clean data, structured systems, and creating clarity in complex information. In this role, you will help ensure that our product and master data flows seamlessly across systems and teams. You will be an important link between data, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creation, maintenance, and quality assurance of product and master data across PIM, ERP, and shop systems

• Ownership of data imports and exports for Akeneo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Ensuring data consistency and integrity across all connected systems

• Supporting new product launches, assortments, and market expansions

• Close collaboration with Procurement, Product Development, E-Commerce, IT, and Logistics teams

• Analysis and resolution of data inconsistencies

Your profile:
• Degree or professional qualification in Business, Information Technology, E-Commerce, or a related field

• Min 2-4 years of experience in master data management or related field, ideally within an e-commerce environment

• Strong understanding of data structures, attribute logic, and product classification systems

• Best case: Experience working with PIM systems (preferably Akeneo), ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopware)

• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented working style with a strong affinity for data quality

• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
