The MDM Configuration Expert will be responsible for developing and optimizing MDM (Master Data Management) configuration, ensuring data quality, consistency, and reliability of the mastered data.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure high-quality master data
• Design and implement MDM configurations using Reltio or Informatica MDM platforms
• Develop and maintain data models that support commercial business processes in the life sciences industry
• Design data integration strategies across multiple sources required for MDM
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration and synchronization challenges
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for MDM configurations and processes
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field
• Expert-level knowledge of Reltio or Informatica MDM platforms
• Deep understanding of Master Data Management principles and best practices
• Comprehensive knowledge of life sciences data structures and regulatory requirements
• Strong background in data modeling, data integration, and data quality management
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies
• Experience with data governance frameworks
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA) specific to life sciences

Professional Experience

• 7+ years experience in data management technologies
• 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with a focus on life sciences or healthcare
• Proven track record of successful MDM implementations
• Experience configuring and managing complex data management solutions
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in MDM technologies (Reltio, Informatica)
• Experience with additional enterprise data management tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with high attention to data accuracy
• Adaptable and quick learner in a dynamic technology environment
