Master data management - AM

We are looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and governance of master data management systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accountability of data across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to define data governance policies, improve data quality issues, and implement best practices in data management.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage master data management strategies and solutions.
• Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures to maintain data quality and integrity.
• Collaborate with various business units to understand data requirements and ensure alignment on data definitions and usage.
• Identify data quality issues and propose and implement corrective actions.
• Design and maintain data models to support master data initiatives.
• Facilitate data stewardship activities and engage with data owners and stakeholders.
• Conduct data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment activities.
• Implement tools and technologies to automate data management processes.
• Provide training and support to users on MDM tools and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in master data management or data governance roles.
• Proven experience with MDM tools and technologies (e.g., Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, Talend).
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance frameworks.
• Experience with data quality assessment and data cleansing methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements around data management.
