What We're Looking For:

Minimum of five (5) years Automotive Technician experience (Buick & GMC Master Certified) in a dealership setting
ASE certification A1 – A8
Ability to work with advanced diagnostic equipment and tools.
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
Previous managerial experience with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate, mentor and manage a team effectively
Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and quality.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and poise.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree in automotive technology, business, or a related field preferred.

Your Expertise in Action:

Perform a wide range of vehicle diagnostics, repair, and maintenance tasks on Buick & GMC vehicles.
Efficiently and accurately assess mechanical problems, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
Conduct routine services such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire rotations, and alignments. Inspect and repair engines, transmissions, air conditioning systems, steering, and suspension.
Complete manufacturer and dealership training to stay current on Buick & GMC vehicle technology and service standards.
Motivate, mentor and manage a team of automotive technicians effectively, including junior and apprentice auto techs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure customers are informed about repairs and the status of their vehicles.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
