We are looking for a MarTech Data Engineer to join our Digital Analytics Team. You will be a member of the technical brain behind the data collection strategy for SEAT and CUPRA. Your role is critical: you ensure that every interaction on our websites and apps is accurately captured and translated into actionable insights.
The role
As MarTech Data Engineer, you will bridge the gap between marketing goals, technical execution, tag manager, data quality, stakeholders alignment and market support.
Master of Tags: Own the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of Adobe Launch (Tags) across our digital portfolio.
Integration: Develop and deploy custom JavaScript, HTML, and CSS snippets to capture complex user behaviors for web applications. Understanding the mechanisms that activate tagging in native and hybrid applications for Adobe SDKs.
Architecture: Design and maintain the SDR specifications that power our entire analytics ecosystem.
Optimization & Testing: Configure and deploy A/B tests and personalization experiences via Adobe Target.
Web-App & Connectivity: Collaborate with developers to ensure robust tracking within web sites and mobile apps.
Data Quality: Debug and audit implementations to ensure 100% data accuracy across SEAT and CUPRA platforms.

Minimum requirements
What we are expecting from you
Adobe Expert: Solid experience managing Adobe Experience Cloud tools, specifically Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
Tag Management Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Launch (Tags) or Google Tag Manager (server-side experience is a plus).
Deep Frontend Knowledge: You are highly proficient in JavaScript, understanding how browsers, DOM, and cookies work.
Web Fundamentals: Solid grasp of HTML5 and CSS for tracking and UI personalization.
Technical Documentation: Experience creating and maintaining Data Layer specifications and SDRs.
Problem Solver: Excellent debugging skills using browser developer tools and proxy tools.
Agile: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile setup.
Experience: Have a solid experience of at least 3 years performing the above functions.
Bonus Points (Nice to have):
Mobile App Tracking: Experience with SDKs for iOS/Android. Knowledge of typed programming languages like Swift or Kotlin is a plus.
Privacy & Consent: Knowledge of GDPR compliance and Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) like OneTrust.
