We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.

What you'll do

• Be part of the Global Marketplace 3P Brazil team within BEES, supporting financial and strategic decision-making.

• Update and maintain financial reports that feed the area’s P&L.

• Manage and deepen the analysis of financial KPIs, including revenues and costs, identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Support the Sales team with pricing and financial analysis of new services and new partnerships.

• Build financial analyses such as partner-level P&L, visibility P&L, and ROI assessments.

• Support the PPM front, including monthly cycles and financial and strategic reporting.

• Develop financial and strategic presentations for senior leadership, including VPs.

• Act in a highly strategic role within a fast-growing and high-exposure area.

What you'll need

• University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

• Background in financial areas such as FP&A, PPM, Treasury, or Shared Services Centers (CSC).

• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Comfort interacting with senior leadership and presenting financial insights.

• Ability to manage multiple demands and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL.

• Knowledge of Power BI.
