Takealot Group, South Africa’s leading online Retail / Fashion / Delivery organisation, is looking for a highly talented Marketplace Sales Graduate to join our team in Cape Town. The Graduate Programme will be split between all businesses within the Group, namely: takealot.com, TFS and Mr D.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

• Competitor and market analysis skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Key responsibilities:

• Support sellers with basic account management and operational queries.

• Assist sellers with understanding platform tools, processes, and best practices.

• Monitor seller performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

• Help improve product listings, catalogue quality, and stock availability.

• Support promotional activities by coordinating submissions and tracking outcomes.

• Assist in preparing seller performance reports, trackers, and dashboards.

• Escalate operational or technical issues to relevant internal teams.

• Participate in seller training sessions, webinars, and enablement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records of seller interactions and actions taken.

This is a 12-month contract position.
