Marketplace Operations Specialist

GuidePoint Security is seeking a detail-oriented Marketplace Operations Specialist to manage and optimize cloud marketplace operations across major CSP platforms. Reporting to the Corporate Sales Operations Manager, this role serves as the go-to expert for private offer creation and the critical bridge between sales teams, customers, and vendor partners.

The Marketplace Operations Specialist takes ownership of the entire marketplace operations lifecycle from creating private offers in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud marketplaces to maintaining process documentation and ensuring seamless data integrity in Salesforce. This position is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for building efficient operational processes.

This position is a remote/virtual position working from a home office.

Responsibilities:

• Create private offers for customers in CSP Marketplaces (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google), collaborating with account executives and sales operations.

• Provide subject matter expertise and training to internal team members, vendor partners, and customers.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations related to private offer requests and troubleshooting.

• Own and maintain comprehensive documentation for all marketplace related business processes.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce of all data relating to marketplace opportunities.

• Support the accounting team with marketplace billing inquiries and resolution.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience creating private offers in CSP Marketplaces. Experience with AWS required, experience with Azure and GCP is preferred but not required.

• Proven experience using CRM software, preferably Salesforce.com

• Highly self-motivated with strong prioritization skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks

• Exceptional attention to detail with demonstrated commitment to following through on tasks

• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

• Flexibility to adjust work schedule as needed
