The Marketplace Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online marketplace, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers while driving operational efficiency. This role requires collaboration with various departments to develop strategies that optimize performance and drive growth.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations for order processing.
• Order receiving in the marketplace platform within the cutoff time.
• Internal invoicing within the system and handoff the orders to Warehouse team.
• Follow up with warehouse order preparations.
• Responsible for coordinating shipping and delivery logistics, managing transportation providers, and ensuring smoothly timely delivery of orders.
• Return handlings on system and pass claims to the account manager.
• Monitoring performance metrics and track order fulfillments.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketplace operations management or e-commerce.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with major online marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Noon) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
• Proficient in inventory management software and analytical.
