About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you’ll design analytical models, build insightful dashboards, and run experiments to drive seller growth and optimize performance. Partnering with cross-functional teams, you’ll turn complex data into strategic actions that deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:
• Designing performance, value, and revenue analysis models to support data-driven decision-making and long-term forecasting,
• Building seller-based dashboards using SQL and Looker to generate actionable insights,
• Running conversion rate optimization initiatives and executing continuous A/B tests for seller campaigns,
• Defining and implementing seller growth strategies by segmenting sellers, optimizing revenue, and improving quality,
• Collaborating with growth and category teams on strategic and commercial projects to drive business impact

Expected Qualifications:
• University degree preferably in Engineering, Economics, Statistics,
• 2+ years experience in data analysis,
• Coding skills – ability to code in one or more languages (SQL, Python)
• Commercially minded, result-oriented, and adaptable,
• Strong analytical skills and experience of working with large volumes of data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
