Job Title: Marketing & Website Promotion Specialist

Fully remote, 9 AM-5 PM M-F EST

We are looking for a full-time Marketing & Website Promotion Specialist who can take ownership of our digital marketing efforts, social media presence, website management, and promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in using AI tools such as Claude to improve marketing workflows and content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Create and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Design marketing materials for digital and print use
• Draft and manage email blasts, newsletters, and promotional campaigns
• Develop seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
• Create sales and promotional materials for the sales team
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through engaging content and consistent branding
• Plan, schedule, and publish social media content
• Assist with website revamp, updates, maintenance, and ongoing management
• Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
• Utilize AI tools, specifically Claude, to streamline content creation and marketing processes
• Organize and maintain marketing data, reports, and spreadsheets

Requirements:
• Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or digital promotion

• Strong graphic design and content creation skills

• Experience drafting professional marketing emails and promotional content
• Familiarity with website management and website revamp projects
• Proficiency in AI tools, particularly Claude
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Advanced spreadsheet skills are a strong plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
• Basic knowledge of SEO and website optimization
• Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms
• Familiarity with analytics and performance tracking tools
