Marketing Virtual Assistant (Social Media & Creative Content)
Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and reliable Marketing VA to fully manage and grow our social media presence.
You will develop and execute light-hearted, animated content centered around a bird spokesperson concept. This role requires creativity, ownership, and strong English communication.
Responsibilities
Create and manage content for Facebook & Instagram (LinkedIn optional)
Design an animated bird character concept
Use AI tools to create posts, captions, and visuals
Schedule and publish content consistently
Provide weekly performance updates
Take feedback and adjust quickly
Requirements
Philippines-based preferred
Excellent English (clear communication is a must)
Skilled in social media scheduling tools
Creative, organized, and proactive
Available for overlapping hours with Josh (especially during onboarding)
What We’re Looking For
Someone who can work independently
Strong design sense + AI tool experience
Comfortable with weekly check-ins
Reliable and consistent execution
