Impossible Cloud High Potential (HiPo) Marketing Program
We created the High Potential Program to harness the capabilities of ambitious graduates and professionals ready to tackle tomorrow's challenges. This intensive six-month program is designed to unlock your full potential through real-world projects, supported by comprehensive training, mentorship, and leadership development.


What will you do::
• Solve problems! Dive into real-world projects from day one, addressing dynamic challenges and contributing to the company's growth.

• Onboarding & Training (Months 1-2): Receive one-on-one mentorship and weekly feedback from seasoned marketing leaders. Learn global sales strategies, key marketing processes, and build your essential business development toolkit.

• Project Immersion (Months 3-4): Working closely with our Product & Partner Marketing Managers, you will dive into hands-on projects across three four core areas:
• Event Execution: Driving high-impact events, webinars and local activations.
• Sales Enablement: Powering lead generation and deal acceleration through strategic assets.
• Campaign Coordination: Managing end-to-end field campaigns, from vendor relations to budget tracking.
• Performance Insights: Analyzing ROI and pipeline metrics to help refine our global GTM strategy.

• Leadership Excellence & Impact (Months 5-6): Lead impactful projects demonstrating your growth on your journey to become a global ambassador of the company.


What you bring to the table::
• You are smarter than the average, a team player, and have an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a hands-on problem solver.
• A proactive approach to managing events and campaigns end-to-end.
• An analytical mindset eager to master ROI, pipeline metrics, and new tech.
• Digital native - even without programming experience, you are a techie at heart and love to learn new technologies.
• At least finalizing your BSc degree in Marketing, Business, Science or related studies.
• Prior relevant work experience, i.e., in consulting, tech startups, or other fast-paced, innovative environments.
• Professional fluency in English and German to lead international growth. French is a plus.
