We are seeking a Marketing Trainee to join our Marketing and Communications Team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in various aspects of marketing and communication, including content creation for various channels, events organisation, social media management and reporting & analytics. The ideal candidate possesses strong writing and interpersonal skills, good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Campaigns & Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

• Participate in the development of targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives, working with sales and business units to achieve the expected results, and in close collaboration with the Marketing Global Agency.

• Learn how to develop campaign/project briefings and ensure continuous alignment with the internal Marketing Global Agency focused on the quality of deliverables and deadline fulfilment.

• Learn the positioning and messaging of our offerings, ensuring all marketing materials are aligned with the local and global positioning strategy.

• Content & Events

• Support the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels and plan and execute marketing events strategy. 

• Customer & Market Insights: 

• Gather and analyse customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve the customer experience, utilising insights for continuous improvement.

• Competition Analysis and Market Trends.

• Performance Monitoring and Reporting: 

• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and adjusting strategies to optimise results.

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

• Eligible for the IEFP Internship Program 

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Strong writing skills with an ability to create compelling messages for different audiences and channels.

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Curiosity to analyse data and metrics to inform decision-making.
