We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to join our CRM Team as Marketing Tools Expert.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain domain reputation and email deliverability metrics.
Collaborate with external teams and third parties to ensure all sending infrastructure is properly configured and compliant with technical standards.
Monitor, audit, and continuously improve communication templates, including emails, popups, push *notifications, and more, to ensure consistency, engagement, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Support the procurement and evaluation of new marketing technology solutions.
Lead the rollout of new CRM features, ensuring proper requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and communication of changes to the wider team.
Troubleshoot marketing tools issues, providing solutions or escalating them to technical teams/vendors when needed.
Own training initiatives, delivering onboarding sessions and tutorials for CRM specialists and marketers.
Create self-service capabilities that enable teams to operate more independently.
Manage access control and ensure that employees within the CRM unit have the appropriate permissions across all marketing systems.
Collaborate with BI teams to expand reporting capabilities, ensuring marketing has access to accurate, actionable performance insights.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Experience with IP/domain warming, sender reputation management, and inbox placement strategies.
Understanding of DNS records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, and email authentication frameworks.
Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and execution in a fast-paced environment.
Practical experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms.
Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills.
HTML/CSS familiarity.
