YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You own the Talent Marketing Technology stack and ensure a scalable, reliable global setup 
• You design and maintain end to end tracking across platforms, websites, and our Recruiting CRM 
• You manage and continuously optimize integrations between job platforms, performance channels, tracking tools, and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 
• You set up and maintain GTM, cookie and consent management, and marketing automation in line with privacy and compliance requirements 
• You drive conversion rate optimization across our career website sixt.jobs and landing pages, job ads, and application flows through data driven testing and analysis 
• You ensure reliable attribution, meaningful reporting, and high data quality across global Talent Marketing activities 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You bring solid hands on experience in Marketing Technology, performance tracking, and analytics, including end to end funnel measurement, attribution, and conversion optimization across digital candidate or customer journeys 
• Tools & Technical Skills You work confidently with GTM, tracking and analytics tools, reporting solutions, and consent management setups, and know how to translate data into actionable insights 
• Working Style You work very autonomously and confidently, successfully bridging locations and expertise levels, while driving structured, scalable solutions with a strong performance and impact mindset 
• Ownership You take responsibility for complex setups, drive topics proactively, and are comfortable owning decisions and outcomes end to end 
• Communication You communicate clearly and confidently in English, create alignment through open and transparent communication and are able to explain complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders, German language skills are a plus
