Position Overview:
• We are looking for a curious, highly self-driven young technical explorer who can code, analyze data, and is passionate about AI and web tools to join our Marketing Tech team.
• You will leverage code + data + AI as core capabilities, deeply participating in:
• SEO automated content/page generation
• CRM marketing automation workflow design
• User funnel data dashboard development
• User growth and engagement strategy research
• This is a highly cross-functional and high-growth role with direct conversion potential.
• You will not be doing repetitive execution or miscellaneous tasks — instead, you will participate end-to-end in real projects from 0 to 1.
Key Responsibilities:
• 1. SEO Marketing Automation (Optional Track)
• Develop and optimize automated article and page generation tools
• Combine AI large language models with web coding capabilities to improve SEO content production efficiency
• Research SEO rules and implement scalable automation solutions
•
• 2. CRM Marketing Automation (Optional Track)
• Research mainstream marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and third-party applications
• Study API structures, integration logic, and functional capabilities
• Assist in designing, testing, and implementing full-cycle marketing automation workflows
•
• 3. Data Dashboard & User Funnel Analysis (Optional Track)
• Use internal business data to build structured and systematic user funnel dashboards
• Monitor full-funnel user conversion and behavioral patterns
• Provide data-driven insights to support marketing decision-making
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Pandas, etc. is a plus

• 4. AI Tools & Technical Research
• Continuously explore AI coding tools, AI generation tools, and web development technologies
• Apply cutting-edge AI capabilities to content generation, page creation, and process automation
• Improve overall team efficiency through technical innovation
•
• 5. User Growth & Engagement Strategy (Optional Track)
• Participate in user outreach strategy and conversion path optimization
• Design automated engagement mechanisms
• Drive user growth through data + technology
Qualifications:
• 1. Education
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Preferred majors: Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Marketing (technical focus), or related fields.
• Open to fresh graduates and current students.
• 2. Coding Ability
• Proficient in at least one programming language
• Basic coding, debugging, and scripting skills
• Understanding of API integration logic
• 3. Data Analysis Skills
• Ability to perform data cleaning, analysis, and visualization
• Capable of independently building dashboards and understanding user funnel models
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Pandas, etc. is preferred
• 4. Tools & AI Background
• Strong interest and hands-on experience with AI large models and AI coding tools
• Familiar with web coding environments, online IDEs, and collaboration tools
• Willing to proactively research marketing automation, CRM, and SEO platforms
• 5. Core Soft Skills
• Extremely curious; passionate about exploring new tools, platforms, and workflows
• Highly self-motivated and proactive
• Clear logical thinking, fast learner, and able to execute projects from 0 to 1
• 6. Internship Requirements
• Available ≥4 days per week
• Internship duration ≥3 consecutive months
• Long-term interns preferred
• Outstanding interns will be directly converted to full-time employees
