What you´ll do: :
• You will guide and support a lean team, setting clear priorities and ensuring strong execution and accountability.
• You will own and drive the performance of key marketing channels (paid social, paid search, CRM), with a clear focus on revenue, ROI, and contribution margin for the Netherlands Market.
• You will plan, execute, and optimize full-funnel campaigns, constantly evaluating performance and reallocating budget based on data and impact.
• You will take ownership of marketing spend, making smart, data-driven decisions on where and how much to invest to maximize returns.
• You will work closely with the Country Manager and Business Development team to align on pricing, promotions, and commercial strategy.
• You will collaborate with global and local teams (website, creative, CRM) to test and scale initiatives that drive traffic, conversion, and revenue.
• You will continuously monitor performance metrics (e.g. ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, contribution margin) and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• You will test new channels and ideas in a structured way, running controlled experiments and scaling what works.
Who we´re looking for: :
• You have some leadership experience (managing a small team or leading projects and stakeholders), and are ready to take on more ownership.
• You have 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and measurable business impact.
• You have hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid channels such as paid social, paid search, and/or CRM.
• You have owned or significantly influenced marketing budgets and can clearly explain how your decisions impacted revenue and ROI.
• You are highly data-driven and comfortable making decisions based on performance metrics rather than intuition alone.
• You bring a strong commercial mindset and understand how marketing connects to pricing, margins, and overall business performance.
• You have some leadership experience (managing a small team or leading projects and stakeholders), and are ready to take on more ownership.
• You are proactive, assertive, and comfortable challenging ideas to drive better outcomes.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch speaker is a plus.
