Yonge Street, Toronto
Hybrid Position: At minimum, one day a week in-office

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000

We are seeking an enthusiastic results-oriented individual to contribute to Crowe Soberman’s digital growth by crafting compelling proposals and managing our CRM activities. With a focus on business development, the Marketing Specialist will play a key role in achieving the firm’s growth objectives through the creation of strategic marketing collateral including newsletters, social media copy, and internal communications.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Contribute to Crowe Soberman’s thought leadership through creation, authorship, and editorial review
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and synthesize RFP requirements into clear written content
Build and execute external communications across automated channels, create tailored distribution lists for social media targeting, and e-blast campaigns through our CRM platform
Support the continuous improvement of our email and digital campaigns through data analysis
Support marketing initiatives through the creation of various forms such as surveys, sponsorship requests, etc.
Coordinate and execute sponsorship request process
Willingness to learn new platforms, including developing proficiency in Sitecore for web content management and leveraging Google Analytics to interpret SEO metrics and optimize site performance
Support internal events onsite, ensuring consistent brand experience
Additional administrative tasks, as needed, to support the Marketing team
Qualifications:
Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications
Minimum 2 years of related work experience in marketing or business development
Professional services experience is an asset
Ability to thrive under pressure and produce results in time sensitive situations
Skillful in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong copywriting and editing skills
Knowledge of CRM best practices and marketing automation experience
Familiar with proposal writing and execution
Ability to work overtime as needed
