We are building a talent pool of Marketing Specialists to support future marketing projects across various industries. This role is suited for marketing professionals with well-rounded expertise who can contribute across the full marketing spectrum as opportunities arise.
Role Overview
The Marketing Specialist will support end-to-end marketing initiatives, including lead generation, email marketing, social media marketing, and brand development. Depending on project requirements, the role may also involve collaboration on website and landing page optimization.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute lead generation strategies aligned with project and business objectives
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and automation
• Create and manage social media marketing initiatives to support brand awareness and engagement
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints
• Support integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution and reporting
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and project stakeholders
Web & Digital Support (Advantageous, Not Required)
• Assist with website and landing page content updates
• Support conversion rate optimization initiatives
• Basic familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) or HTML/CSS is considered an asset
Requirements:
Candidate Profile
• Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience
• Proven experience in lead generation, email marketing, and social media marketing
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Experience with marketing tools such as CRM systems, email platforms, analytics tools, and social media management software
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Ability to adapt quickly to different brands, industries, and project requirements
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with paid digital advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
• Marketing automation and funnel optimization experience
• Exposure to B2B, SaaS, or agency environments
• Basic design, video, or content editing skills
