Position: Marketing Specialist
Schedule: Full-time | Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET
Location: Remote (Outside the US)
Salary: USD$1,800 - $2,500/month

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing Specialist with 2–5 years of marketing experience to join our growing team. You will play an essential role in creating and executing marketing strategies to support our capital-raising initiatives across real estate, innovation, and Greentech sectors.

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, manage various marketing channels, and develop content that engages and converts targeted audiences. Your creativity and analytical skills will be crucial in driving compelling campaigns and contributing to our overall success.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support capital-raising goals.
• Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging marketing collateral including blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Assist in the management of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, email marketing, and social media strategy.
• Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools to aid in content generation and campaign optimization.
• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh marketing ideas and strategies.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a digital or agency environment.
• Strong understanding of modern marketing principles, tools, and metrics.
• Experience with content creation, social media management, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to track performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think creatively and work effectively in a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Comfortable using AI tools for enhancing marketing efforts, including content ideation and drafting.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience in crowdfunding or real estate marketing.
• Basic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and website customization.
• Understanding of marketing automation platforms.
• Familiarity with video editing tools for creating marketing content.
