Job Purpose

The European Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing and communications (MarCom) activities for TD SYNNEX Capital, the financial solutions arm of TD SYNNEX.

This role gives you the opportunity to own and shape the full European marketing strategy, supporting business growth through impactful campaigns, compelling content, and strong crossregional collaboration.

It's an ideal position for a creative, proactive, and ambitious marketer who wants to grow, innovate, and make a visible impact in an international environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute European marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for TD SYNNEX Capital.
Create engaging content for digital channels, internal communications, and partnerfocused initiatives.
Provide creative direction and briefing for the development of visual and digital assets.
Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, vendor partners, and marketing colleagues across Europe to ensure campaign success.
Manage multiple marketing projects, timelines, and budgets efficiently.
Track and report on campaign performance, including ROI and key metrics.
Build strong internal relationships and act as the central point of contact for Capital marketing in Europe.

What We Are Looking For

Skills & Experience

Experience in marketing, ideally within B2B, technology distribution, channel/partner ecosystems, financial services, or a marketing agency.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and onbrand copy.
Strong creative sense and confidence briefing designers or working with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Express).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative to move projects forward.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working across teams and countries.
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
Strong English required; additional European languages are a plus.
