Bold Business is seeking a high-performing Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our marketing engine and elevate it to the next level. This role goes beyond traditional execution; you will act as the strategic "Product Owner" of our marketing operations, driving multi-channel campaigns, generating high-quality leads, and optimizing the full customer journey for measurable growth.

What You Will Own

Growth and Campaign Strategy

•
Design and execute high-performing, multi-channel lead generation campaigns.

•
Own funnel performance from awareness to conversion, with clear KPIs and ROI accountability.

•
Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies that drive measurable growth.

AI-Enabled Marketing Operations

•
Partner with AI engineers to define marketing workflows and structured "work instructions" for digital agents.

•
Oversee AI-supported tasks such as research, segmentation, content drafting, reporting, and lead vetting.

•
Continuously identify inefficiencies and implement AI-powered solutions to improve speed, scale, and output quality.

Performance and Quality Optimization

•
Ensure all outputs—human or AI-assisted—align with brand voice, positioning, and conversion goals.

•
Monitor lead quality and collaborate with sales to improve close rates.

•
Use testing, analytics, and insights to continuously improve messaging and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing (lead generation, performance marketing, SEO, or content strategy).

Proven success driving measurable growth and optimizing marketing funnels.

•
Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve productivity and campaign performance.

•
Strong analytical and project management skills.

•
Experience working in remote or offshore team environments is a plus.

•
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
