We’re now looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term employment to cover a parental leave. In this role, you’ll take charge of end-to-end user marketing campaigns — from restaurants and retail to exciting brand collaborations.

You’ll be both at the marketing steering wheel and in the engine room: brainstorming creative ideas, bringing them to life, and seeing the direct impact of your work. If you’re someone who loves moving fast, testing bold ideas, and creating campaigns that make people smile, this might just be the ride for you.

What you’ll be doing

• Creating customer engagement and meaningful content in our app.

• Be a compelling storyteller with strong copywriting skills to make our campaigns successful.

• Be a creative mind - help with campaign ideation and proposals.

• Editing, maintaining, and updating Website and Application content for all cities.

• Translating content for marketing campaigns & our app, and website.

• Analyze impressions and conversions, ideation, and decision-making on content based on these factors.

• Plan and execute marketing and communication campaigns in various marketing channels, including social media.

• Preparing smaller incentive campaigns and making basic post-campaign analyses.

Our humble expectations

• A background in e-commerce, digital marketing, social media marketing, apps, FMCG, or hospitality is preferred.

• Experience with the management of social media channels and influencer marketing.

• Strong creative writing skills and understanding of the appropriate tone of voice for various audiences.

• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data are a great advantage.

• Ability to really own a project, work independently in a structured way, and ask for guidance when needed.

• Prior experience in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on achieving targets and getting things done.

• Excellent language skills in both English and Slovak.

Compensation

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications. Please note, that the starting pay may vary if the candidate does not fully meet the expectations as outlined in this job posting.

The salary listed is the monthly salary range for this position.
