Job Description & Summary
At PwC, our people in corporate affairs and communications are responsible for managing and coordinating the organisation's internal and external communications, public relations, and corporate reputation. They focus on developing and implementing strategies to effectively communicate the organisation's mission, values, and initiatives to various stakeholders including employees, customers, investors, media, and the general public.
As a Senior Marketing Associate on the Brand team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives that elevate PwC’s brand in the market.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong executional skills, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of how to build brand equity in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
• Act as a brand guardian by reviewing and approving marketing assets to ensure alignment with PwC’s corporate visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging standards across all channels and business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including design, digital, legal, and communications—to manage the timely development and delivery of brand assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory and brand governance requirements.
• Maintain and evolve brand governance frameworks, including toolkits, templates, and training resources, to support consistent and scalable brand application across the firm.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
• Manage end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and paid media channels.
• Write and edit high-quality marketing materials, ensuring alignment with PwC brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Serve as the primary liaison with media agencies, overseeing asset delivery and traffic coordination.
• Ensure campaign compliance with French language requirements and collaborate with QC-based marketers for approvals.
Measurement & Reporting
• Track campaign performance using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Maintain accurate campaign data, including naming conventions, UTM tracking, and performance dashboards.
• Contribute to post-campaign reporting and insights discussions to inform future strategies.
Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a professional services or corporate environment.
• Proven experience in B2B and/or professional services marketing.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Phenom).
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence across teams and levels.
Main Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate, Marketing you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, driving engagement with our Canadian clients & communities. Responsibilities for this exciting role include, but are not limited to:
● Key player in the execution of marketing plans and campaign tactics (email, social media, advertising, events, digital/content etc.)
● Project planning, administration and budget tracking
● Marketing campaign performance tracking and reporting
● Reviewing and editing marketing materials to ensure content produced is of high quality, with consistent use and integration of PwC brand guidelines
● Writing content for a variety of external and internal communications
● Data management and processing
● Project management and support of events as needed (national and regional) ● Collaborating with PwC Canada’s internal teams (social media, design, digital, communications, editorial, public relations etc.) to develop and execute marketing campaign tactics
● Manage the risk, independence and brand guidelines processes for various marketing initiatives
● Conducting competitive intelligence and external market research as required ● Communicating, collaborating with and presenting to key stakeholders
● Project manage/work with third-party vendors as required
Requirements:
● Advanced proficiency in English
● Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, corporate environment
● An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends
● An openness to learning new tools and ways of working
● A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
● Self-starter who is detail-oriented and can work well within a local and national team
● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities to deadline
● Experience with managing events
● Affinity for data management and familiarity with contact management systems (Salesforce)
● Experience with campaign planning and execution, client-facing events, internal and external communications, digital marketing and content development
● Strong writer
