Marketing Project Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager (Full-Time, Remote) to oversee the successful execution of marketing campaigns and project deliverables from start to finish.

In this role, you will manage project timelines, resources, and workflows while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery. You will collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align execution with business goals, optimize strategies, and proactively address risks or constraints to maintain quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage marketing projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Maintain organized workflows and documentation
• Oversee marketing operations processes, including email marketing campaigns
• Use project management tools to monitor progress and improve efficiency

Requirements:
Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2 – written and spoken)

Proven experience in project management (planning, execution, and delivery)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Experience using project management tools (Asana preferred)

Hands-on experience with Mailchimp (campaigns, automations, segmentation, reporting)

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Benefits:
Salary: $1,800–$2,000 USD monthly
