As a Marketing Project Manager at H&M MOVE, you’ll play a central role in driving both global and local strategic initiatives that inspire people to move. You’ll lead end‑to‑end marketing and communications activities — turning insights, creativity, and purpose into impactful marketing that grows our brand and engages our global community. You’ll report to the Global head of marketing at H&M MOVE, collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Sales and Assortment— all committed to growing H&M MOVE and inspiring the world to move.

You will:

• Set briefs into clear, actionable strategies with defined goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
•  Lead cross-functional teams across Social Media, PR, Experience, Creative Production and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
•  Plan and manage project timelines, production milestones, and deliverables — identifying risks early and keeping projects on track.
• Own and optimize project budgets with a performance- and impact-driven mindset, ensuring strong ROI and smart resource allocation.
• Track and evaluate project performance, gather learnings, and proactively share insights to improve future projects.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and external collaborators — securing alignment, clarity, and momentum throughout the entire project lifecycle.

We’re looking for someone with:

•  Proven experience in strategic and operational marketing project management, ideally in global brand environments.
•  Strong understanding of the marketing ecosystem, brand building, and channel strategy.
• Analytical, strategic and results-driven, with a passion for delivering impactful campaigns and driving continuous improvement.
•  A genuine passion for movement, sportswear, fashion, and global cultural trends.
•  Excellent leadership abilities, stakeholder management skills, and a natural talent for cross-functional collaboration.

And someone who is:

• Highly organized, proactive, curious, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced and creatively driven environment.
•  Analytical and strategic, with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering high-impact campaigns.
• Motivated by continuous improvement, innovation, and meaningful brand storytelling.

This is a fulltime role based in Stockholm, time limited assignment for approx. 12-15 months.
