Key Responsibilities
• Manage literature lifecycle: updates, version control, and compliance.
• Maintain metadata and taxonomy for content assets.
• Coordinate workflows between creative, compliance, and production teams (traffic).
• Support reporting for literature distribution.
• Oversee print production workflows (Litho & Print on Demand).
• Manage vendors, specifications, and quality control for printed materials.
• Coordinate logistics, shipping, and distribution across locations.
• Identify and improve workflow efficiencies
Must-have Skills
• Experience with T.M. Storefront (Toppan Merrill) or similar.
• Strong knowledge of print production (paper types, color profiles, finishing).
• Demonstrates ability to lead and manage projects across multiple teams or groups.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of digital and/or traditional printing techniques and processes, and ability to apply them to work assignments.
• Experience in content governance, taxonomy, or literature management.
• Workflow/traffic coordination experience.
Nice-to-have:
AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
