Marketing Project Coordinator Intern

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator Intern to support our Marketing team. This role will partner closely with our Marketing Project Coordinator to help drive operational excellence, ensure project readiness, and maintain visibility across a high volume of marketing initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Support the intake and review of marketing requests, ensuring all required information is complete and aligned with project requirements

• Assist in building and managing projects in Asana, including task creation, timelines, and stakeholder assignments

• Coordinate and schedule project kickoff meetings and key milestones across cross-functional teams

• Help manage and track team workloads to ensure balanced resourcing and timely delivery

• Monitor project progress and proactively flag potential risks, dependencies, or timeline impacts

• Provide administrative and operational support, including documentation, status updates, and meeting coordination

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Project Coordinator to support efficient project execution and continuous process improvement

About you:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn

• Interest in marketing operations, project management, or related fields

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus

Additional Information
The pay range for this position is between $18 - $22 per hour. 8am is committed to offering competitive, fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and education.
