Your mission:
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Project and Campaign Strategist to lead the strategic intake, initiative tiering, and delivery oversight for high-impact marketing projects at Reliable Controls. This role translates business objectives into structured briefs, orchestrates cross-functional execution, and ensures initiatives are delivered on time, on strategy, and within approved scope.
In this role you will:
Lead Strategic Intake & Planning: Partner with stakeholders to translate complex business objectives into clear, actionable strategic briefs with defined scope, timelines, success metrics, and dependencies.
Own High-Impact Initiatives: Drive end-to-end delivery of Tier 1 campaigns and flagship programs, maintaining accountability from concept through launch.
Orchestrate Cross-Functional Teams: Align creative, web operations, media, and regional stakeholders around shared goals, roles, timelines, and critical path milestones.
Ensure Strategic Alignment: Safeguard alignment with brand, media, and broader marketing strategy across all initiatives.
Oversee Delivery & Risk Management: Monitor scope, timelines, and budgets; proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful execution.
Maintain Portfolio Visibility: Track initiative health and throughput, ensuring priorities are balanced and resources are optimized.
Enable Regional & Dealer Success: Provide operational oversight for developing regions, ensuring dealer initiatives are properly scoped, sequenced, and scalable based on regional maturity.
This role might be right for you if you have:
5–8+ years working in campaign management, program management, or marketing operations
A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiatives
The ability to translate high-level strategy into clear briefs and actionable execution plans
Confidence navigating competing priorities and ambiguous scope
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a talent for turning business objectives into practical, results-driven solutions
A solid understanding of budget tracking and scope control fundamentals
Familiarity with regional or multi-stakeholder marketing environments (preferred)
You’ll be successful in this position if you:
Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Are a strong communicator who can build relationships with various teams and stakeholders
Enjoy collaborating with creative and technical teams to bring marketing projects to life
Have the ability to bring structure to ambiguous or evolving initiatives
