The successful candidate must be self-motivated with a passion for Marketing. This person must be able to function well in a diverse team. The successful candidate must be able to multitask, prioritise and be able to work under pressure. The successful candidate will be responsible for documentation control, project reporting, and PM support to ensure team efficiency.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Liaising with clients – ensuring a smooth transition and closing all loops (interested and not interested clients)
• Maintain and update status report
• Organize, attend, and record minutes for project meetings.
• Assist PM in administration support
• Identify, escalate, and help resolve bottlenecks.
• Assist with Quality Control

A Marketing diploma or Marketing bachelor’s degree
