ROLE OVERVIEW :
In this role, you will own the generation of a high-quality pipeline through integrated demand generation initiatives, including campaigns, events, and webinars, working in close partnership with sales teams and channel partners. As a key driver of revenue growth, you will ensure that marketing efforts translate into meaningful business impact by attracting the right prospects, improving conversion rates from lead to deal, and continuously elevating lead quality and sales alignment. With a strong focus on performance, you will also optimize acquisition efficiency, driving measurable results across the entire funnel.
MEANINGFUL RESPONSIBILITIES :
Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive qualified pipeline
Develop and activate partner programs and events to expand reach and co-generate opportunities
Own and optimize the webinar strategy to attract and convert high-quality leads
Manage the full lead lifecycle, from acquisition to opportunity, improving conversion at every stage
Collaborate closely with sales to align priorities, improve lead quality, and accelerate pipeline
Track performance and continuously optimize campaigns and funnel efficiency based on data
QUALIFICATIONS/DESIRED SKILLS :
minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing (international exposure is a plus)
Experience executing multi-channel campaigns (including events and webinars)
Understanding of lead management and conversion fundamentals
Ability to collaborate closely with sales teams and stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
Exposure to partner or channel marketing is a plus
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in parallel
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with small and large audiences
Proactive, curious, and execution-focused
